Mixed experience. I scheduled an initial evaluation and completed the full intake process, only to be told at my appointment that they don't accept attorney lien arrangements for personal injury cases. This isn't stated anywhere on their website, and no one flagged it during scheduling or intake which meant wasted time for me and a charge on my card for a service I never received.Getting the refund took nearly three weeks. My initial email went unanswered, and their patient survey link was broken. It wasn't until I escalated that anything moved.Credit where due: Kylie, the clinic manager, called personally, apologized, and made sure the check was issued. She was professional and fixed the problem once it reached her.Two suggestions: state your lien policy clearly on the website, and screen for it during scheduling. It would have saved everyone the trouble.

They do not answer the phone. They do not have voicemail setup where clients can leave messages nor do they provide email communications options. I spent over two hours earlier today trying to communicate with them earlier today after receiving referral approval from my Doctor. If you are in need of physical therapy it would be best to avoid this group as they do not follow up with clients & the experience will leave you frustrated.

I had my knee replaced in December, being in my 60's I was very worried about the recovery and heard plenty of horror stories about physical therapy. My first day at Pacific Pro Heather put me right at ease, she explained what our plan was and was very encouraging. Over the next three months I worked with David, Heather and Geraldo, each was kind and encouraging. Brandon and Clarrissa were a pleasure and so very helpful. My anxiety lessened at each appointment. I would highly recommend this location and these professionals.

If you must go to Physical Therapy I would drive out of my way to go to the office on Railroad Canyon. Great staff! Nice atmosphere. Punctual.

Always a great experience at PacificPro Physical Therapy! My daughter was seen here for her plantar fasciitis & really loved everyone here so with I injured my knee I knew exactly where to go. Ben really took his time with me. He explained my injury and what we needed to do to get me back to dancing and working out. He pushed and encouraged me and had my knee back to working order in no time. I cannot recommend him & the PacificPro therapy team enough! Thank you!

Saulualofaiga Coffin Jr takes his time with me. He asks if I have any questions regularly. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and consistent between visits. This office has great teamwork. I am very happy I ended up with Saulualofaiga as my occupational therapist! Mallory too is very friendly. Because I use a cane; she opens the door! His assistant Samantha ensures I do my exercise's correctly!

I have gone to Pacific Pro many times for physical issues and have found their staff to be courteous and extremely knowledgeable and skillful. I am currently being treated by Alyssa for a recent knee replacement. She has been a great help in my on going recovery. I previously was treated for a painful shoulder by Pacific Pro staff and was given a lot of relief and increased joint mobility. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a problem requiring therapy.
