My PT therapist is Rachel. She is so sweet and personable. I’m having physical therapy for a possible upcoming total knee replacement surgery early next year. She’s giving me strength exercises to help with my knee pain. The assistants are very attentive and helpful. They, too, are all very sweet and supportive. Everything is always kept clean.

My experience with PacificPro has been awesome. I started my physical therapy with them after my first knee replacement surgery. My therapist Stephanie put together a plan unique to me after my initial evaluation. She was friendly, professional, positive and extremely supportive of me and my progress as were all the associates that assisted me with my exercises. I worked with them for 4 months successfully rehabbing my knee. I returned for physical therapy after my second knee replacement again seeing Stephanie and had an equally awesome experience. I highly recommend this group for any physical therapy needed.

Great staff and the people like Tiffany, Kaylee and Sagar are very friendly and extremely helpful. I just started going to PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Temecula and have only met these people but I hear great things about everyone who works there. In my line of work, unfortunately, injuries occur often and I've had my fair share. I have decades of experience with physical therapists. Sagar Patel is one of the best I've had. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patents and you can tell he loves his job. He had already read my MRI reports before my first visit and was prepared. He listened to my issues and where my weaknesses were and started working on those areas from day one. From unique customized stretches and weight training, I felt we were immediately making tremendous progress. They even have a neck traction device that I've only encountered at one other PT office. The Temecula office has the equipment and the room to work in. It's not crowded, so your therapist can focus on you instead of multiple patients at once like many places do. I need a physical therapist that will push me to put in serious work and Sagar does that. I really want to put in the hard work to feel better and stronger and Sagar pushes me to obtain my PT goals. Many therapists just go through the motions and that's not how Sagar does things. I'm a true believer in physical therapy. When it's done correctly, with a knowledgeable physical therapist, such as Sagar, and with lots of hard work, you can feel better and stronger then you were before your injury. If that's your goal then Sagar Patel is your therapist.

I've had to go to physical therapy a lot at various points in my life. Some places have been better than others, but after coming here to PacificPro and having Mason as my physical therapist, I realize what a truly GREAT therapist is. I cannot stress enough how amazing he is. He knows more and has done more work with me than all therapists and offices over the years, combined. Seriously. He's also extremely compassionate, encouraging, excellent at actually listening and a truly beautiful soul. I have never been so completely at ease and comfortable while doing "uncomfortable physical therapy". I cannot recommend him enough. Also, Naomi is just as special and beautiful. She's the sweetest and is so very special. Her light shines bright and my day is always brightened when I see her. 😀

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I was diagnoses with knee sprain with inflammation on my inner meniscus.
Chris, my physical therapist works on you one on one hands on. he diagnoses your injury and gives you proper execrises so you can strengthen your legs, knee and stability muscles in those area. I feel I got stronger and better at running by doing the exercises that was given to me as a result, I have better range of motions on my legs overall and balance.

Had partial knee surgery and have been going to Pacific Pro for 3 months. A great place to recover! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Torey was especially helpful with suggestions and advice. I recommend it highly!!

Thanks to Peter for helping me get my left arm back after being in a sling for so long! He took the time to listen and understand my goals and adjusted my exercises as I progressed. He’s friendly and patient. You can tell he really cares about his patients and his work. I also got a chance to work with Miguel who is an attentive and all around fantastic aide! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and everyone made me feel so comfortable there. Definitely recommend!

I came into therapy with lower back issues due to heavy lifting at my job. The entire staff at the french valley pacific pro office were very professional, kind and knowledgeable.
Thanks to this team my back has gotten better and my range of motion is better than it has been in a long time.
