Shawn Troutman, PT, DPT, CSCS-NSCA
Dr. Troutman is a California licensed Physical Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist who received his doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in 2014. Shawn’s education began at Creighton University where he received his B.S. degree in exercise science. He utilized his knowledge of strength and conditioning and experience as an athlete to aid in the training of the top Division 1 sporting programs at the school.
Prior to attending Creighton, Shawn was an All Southern California selection in volleyball as well as multi sport athlete at Hemet High School. His experience in both high school and college dealing with injuries fostered his interest in sports medicine and orthopedics.
He specializes in orthopedic manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), kinesio taping, cupping and sports related injuries. His deep experience in strength and conditioning allows him a unique ability to work with athletes or general population alike to increase their physical attributes. He strives to push every individual so each person can attain peak performance after an injury or surgery.
