Rachel Polk

(PT, DPT)

Rachel Polk, PT, DPT, grew up in Southern Maryland, where her lifelong involvement in athletics led to an early appreciation for movement and recovery. A former Division II JUCO softball player at the College of Southern Maryland, Rachel’s experience as a student-athlete inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy to help others stay active and healthy.

Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Arcadia University, following her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. Through her clinical rotations at All Star Physical Therapy in Murrieta, St. Luke’s Outpatient Physical Therapy, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, she gained valuable experience treating a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.

While at Arcadia, Rachel served on the Pro Bono Clinic Board and as the New Student/Alumni Liaison for the Student Physical Therapy Association (SPTA), strengthening her leadership skills and dedication to accessible, patient-centered care.

Now a member of Pacific Pro Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Rachel enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels—from competitive athletes to those recovering from everyday injuries. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes evidence-based care, individualized programming, and patient education, empowering each patient to achieve their goals and move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active, and connecting with friends and family. She brings energy, compassion, and enthusiasm to every patient interaction, reflecting her commitment to helping others live stronger and move better.
