Nandi Sundaram
(PT, MPT)
Nandi graduated from Samuel Merritt University in 2004 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and has spent the past 21 years refining his skills in manual therapy within the outpatient setting. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and at all stages of rehabilitation. As a former baseball player and javelin thrower during his junior college years, he developed a deep appreciation for throwing mechanics and the complexity of the shoulder, but considers himself a jack of all and a master of none.
In 2012, he completed formal training in Pilates and now integrates Pilates-based principles into his approach to core strengthening. He embraces the mindset of a lifelong learner, a value instilled during his academic training, and has found that truly listening to his patients’ concerns and feedback has been essential to developing effective, personalized care plans.
His goal is always to provide each patient with compassionate, individualized care, ensuring they feel heard, acknowledged, and guided toward a successful recovery. He aims to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence to manage their health between treatments and beyond discharge, helping them build and maintain strength and mobility long term.
Outside the clinic, he’s focused on his own well-being through activities like kettlebell training, road and mountain biking, hiking local Orange County trails, skiing, and relaxing at the beach. He also enjoys cooking for his family, chasing after their miniature poodle Kona, and unwinding with reality TV and nearly any seasonal sporting event.
