Our Team

Erika is a born and raised Californian who relocated to Murrieta from Thousand Oaks with her husband. She developed her passion for exercise and staying active at an early age thanks to years of competitive soccer. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and Pilates. Physical therapy is her dream career, allowing her to combine her passion for movement with helping others.

Erika completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Touro University Nevada and has primarily worked in an outpatient setting, working with patients of a variety of ages and orthopedic injuries. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and incorporates those methods into her treatments. Erika is excited to work with her patients in order for them to achieve their goals.
