With a strong foundation in athletic training and a passion for promoting physical well-being, I earned my undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Penn State University, where I developed essential skills in injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation. I began my professional journey as a certified athletic trainer (ATC) at Vanguard University, working with multiple sports teams to optimize athletes’ health and performance.
Motivated to deepen my expertise in therapeutic practices, I returned to school at Loma Linda University to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Before returning to school I had the privilege of working as an aide at PacificPro Physical Therapy, where I gained invaluable clinical experience, collaborated with a dynamic team, and witnessed firsthand the profound impact that personalized, compassionate care has on patients’ recovery journeys. This experience fueled my desire to rejoin the PacificPro team in a greater capacity, contributing to their mission of high-quality patient care.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy staying active through weight lifting, recreational sports, and outdoor adventures like hiking. I also love exploring new places and spending time at Disney and Universal. Whether it’s reading, traveling, or supporting my favorite sports teams, I am always eager to learn, grow, and engage with others who share a passion for health, movement, and well-being.
