Shelby Bixler
(PTA)
Shelby is originally from Port Huron, MI, and joined the U.S. Army in 2001, having served as a parachute maintenance technician, paratrooper, and recruiter. She is most proud of the opportunity she had to serve as a parachute performer with two of the Army’s most elite parachute teams, The U.S. Army Parachute Team “Golden Knights” and U.S. Army Special Operations Parachute Team “Black Daggers”. Her most memorable moment in the Army was returning from a deployment to Iraq and waking off the plane to her family.
Shelby retired from the Army after proudly serving 20 years and relocated to California where she was happily reunited with her spouse and dogs. Shelby enjoys helping her patients reach their full potential and is most humbled to be a small part of their recovery. Shelby enjoys running, weight training, traveling, and spending time with her family.
