Jacob Thomas

Jake Thomas was born and currently resides in the small town of Wartrace, TN. He attended Motlow State Community College where he studied and graduated with Associates of Science of Emergency Medicine. He went on to continue his studies at MTSU in Murfreesboro for Exercise Science. Following MTSU, Jake attended Vol State Community College for his Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Jake has currently practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in outpatient and home health settings. Jake has a strong background in orthopedic and neuromuscular education and experience with treating a variety of age groups and a variety of injury types. Jake’s goal is to provide a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, family, working on his family farm, hunting, and traveling.
