PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for a part-time or full-time licensed physical therapist to join our growing team in Temecula, CA. We are a physical therapist-owned outpatient, orthopedic practice looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate clinician to add to our awesome team at our Temecula location. We are a growing company, and are looking for people that want to grow with us. We pride ourself on giving unsurpassed, professional care in a relaxed environment where patients not only see consistent progress, but have a fun time doing it.
Are you tired of seeing 3-4 patients an hour? Unhappy with your work-life balance? Come join our team at PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Our expectation for our therapists is to see 1.5 visits per hour worked (with 1 hour evals). Our focus is on providing quality care — treating the patient, not the injury– and building lasting relationships. Home is your time — not time to catch up on documentation. Pay is competitive but realistic for private outpatient clinics. We will pay you as much as we can while providing a balance of quality care, a fun work culture, enough for the business to survive and for you to be happy. Requirements/Qualifications:
- CA state physical therapist license in good standing.
- Orthopedic experience with good manual skills.
- Great work ethic.
- Passion for helping others.
