Clinic Manager Job in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Fontana, CA
PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is hiring for a clinic manager job and we are looking for an experienced physical therapist who knows they provide great care and wants the chance to run a clinic of their own. We are a growing outpatient practice, and this full-time role is open at locations including Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Fontana. You will lead a designated location, bring your own personal touch to it, and help shape how it grows.
Leading a Clinic Your Way
As clinic manager, also known here as clinic director, you will lead a designated location and develop a highly functioning team that consistently delivers the best in patient care and customer service. You will work alongside senior leadership to keep operations efficient, and you will be the clinical expert your staff turns to with questions about patient needs and clinical oversight.
We understand and respect how important a director can be. That is why we want someone ready to take the leap and help grow and lead their own clinic, rather than someone who simply fills a seat. You will be joining an established group of current clinic directors who share the same mission of providing quality care in a fun and relaxed environment. Every clinic has its own personality, and you will have the room to bring your own vibe to yours while staying connected to a team that supports you.
Quality Care, Realistic Pay and Room to Grow
The outpatient physical therapy field is changing rapidly, and we have chosen a different path. We are not a clinic that sees three or four patients an hour. Our goal for our therapists is 1.5 patients per hour, which leaves room to give true quality care to everyone who comes through our doors. As advocates of physical therapy, we want each member of our team to grow both professionally and personally.
Pay is competitive but realistic for a private outpatient clinic, starting from $95,000 per year. We will pay you as much as we can while balancing quality care, a fun work culture, and enough for the business to thrive and for you to be happy. Other benefits include paid time off, professional development, healthcare and retirement. If you want to be supported in becoming the best clinician you can be while developing strong leadership skills, we would like to hear from you.
