Erik Camacho
(PTA)
Erik Camacho began his journey toward physical therapy after undergoing ACL reconstruction in 2013, an experience that introduced him to strength training and long-term rehabilitation. He served in the United States Army from 2015 to 2018 as a Cargo Specialist and was stationed in Germany. His time in service strengthened his discipline, accountability, and commitment to helping others; qualities that continue to influence his approach to patient care.
Following his military service, Erik earned his Associate of Science degree in Kinesiology from Mt. San Antonio College in 2022 and his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton in 2024. He later graduated from Concorde Career College in September 2025 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and now practices in a sports-focused outpatient setting. He emphasizes movement quality, progressive strength, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Erik enjoys strength training, watching soccer, playing PC games with friends and his wife, traveling to new places, and spending time with his corgi. He values staying active and maintaining balance, which carries over into the care he provides.
