This program is designed to increase function and performance in both the rehabilitated patient as well as the high-level athlete. Each client receives a personalized examination and training program designed and monitored by a licensed physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS).

Our program centers on you. We want to help meet your fitness and training goals. Our training will help you improve all facets of fitness -- cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, movement patterns, coordination, and more.

PacificPro's PACpro training program provides an avenue for area athletes to improve each of these aspects of sport. The training offers a quality program for all individuals, male and female, young and old, from the beginner to the advanced, who want to improve their athletic performance.
This program is dedicated to achieving goals set by individual athletes using the most effective techniques performed in a professional, compassionate, and supportive environment. This progressive program assesses athletic performance to identify weaknesses so that we can focus on helping the athlete fine-tune their strengths.
